Via telephone, we'll be spending 1 hour per month as a group going into areas of marketing, product development, advertising, sales, internet development, inspiration, sourcing, manufacturing, strategies & solutions - and addressing the challenges you are facing in your various businesses. You'll receive tools, resources, insight and direction to move your forward with confidence.

You can choose to ask questions about your business or get advice. It's fascinating how other people's questions about their businesses are helpful to everyone. You'll be able to send in your questions in advance and everyone will get a recording of the call afterwards for replay if you're not able to be there live!

2) Once-A-Month LIVE CALLS on a Special Topic with Jane Button or Jane Button Interviewing Hand Selected Experts

Each month I'll host a special LIVE CALL on a topic of importance to Design Entrepreneur businesses - such as yours. Sometimes I'll be the expert and other times I'll introduce you to an expert I've hand picked who has a system or result you can apply to your business.

I'm a great believer in modeling what others have already done, so this is a fabulous way for you to learn a step-by-step approach from someone to fill in the gaps in your business. You don't have to reinvent the wheel to create a successful business - learn from others willing to share their own personal secrets for product development, production. marketing, shipping & receiving, business planning and all other aspects of a creative product company.

We'll dive in and during select guest expert calls, we'll talk to them LIVE, looking at their business structure, their typical day, their marketing materials, websites, manufacturing systems and management styles. I'll ask the revealing questions, so you can see what really WORKS, and then you too will have an opportunity to ask them your questions!

3) Occasional Open Call Private One-on-One Coaching  Call-In Days with Jane Button

I'm setting up  "open call" hours so you can phone me directly for a mini-consultation. You'll get advanced notification of these call-in dates and times along with a special phone number. It's a first come first served basis - and you'll have a special "laser coaching session" for answering a specific questions.

I've found this to be an amazingly transforming way to quickly and succinctly get right to the heart of your business - my students love these calls where they get information and answers to their burning questions fast!

Come to the call prepared with quick and specific questions. If you are prepared, I'll give you the quick and specific answers you need to move forward and get the results you want, in 10 minutes or less. And if you can't get through right away - keep trying!!!

4) Online Recordings & Written Transcripts of Each and Every Call

I know you're all busy and may not always have time to make all of our LIVE D2MS Inner Circle calls. But don't worry about schedule conflicts. If, for whatever reason, you aren't able to make a particular call, no worries, you'll be able to listen to the recording of it as many times as you like.

We record each and every call and post it within 24-hours. This way, you will never miss any information. You can either listen to it or you can download the MP3 file to listen to on your iPod or other MP3 player.

I know from experience that some of you don't always have time to sit next to your computer to listen to a recording. Some people prefer to read a written transcript of a call or print it and read it when the time is right (like sitting at the doctor's office). That's why I've also had each Special Topic or Guest Expert call TRANSCRIBED so you can download a full written version in PDF format. This way you can read and follow along with the audio, or simply read the transcript by itself! No more excuses for not implementing!
