1. A Mentor To Lead: Did you know that Master Mind groups with a mentor/leader are 10 times more successful than those without leadership. The mentor provides focus; individual coaching opportunities and other opportunities for advancing each individual to achieve big bold goals.

2. Accountability: In order for the members to really make leaps to success, they must be held accountable. The mentor provides the structure for both accountability and organization.

3. Open, safe & willing participants: Any group is only as good as the participants. When each participant has to file an application for participation with the Mentor reviewing each application to determine they will be a good fit for the group - there is assurance that each individual is selected on the basis of their willingness to get serious about their business and show up in a big way.

4. Organization: Taking on the responsibility of organizing a group is that of the mentor/leader. It means that you are concentrating on your business and not the details of creating the magic of the mastermind.

5. Investment: Without a financial investment the personal investment generally falls short. All of the members must actively mastermind with one another. When there is an investment the participants are serious about getting the most out of their investment in themselves, their business and the group.

Because this is a MASTER MIND, the opportunity is limited to only a few individuals who are committed to growing their business in 2009 and helping others do the same. We will only accept a maximum of 12.

So if your company manufactures a sweater line for women, I would not accept another competing company. I've given this a great deal of thought and it is my intention to create a safe environment for everyone to freely share ideas and thoughts. Program Details...

***This is a 9 Month Program with a "get acquainted" Call in May

and ending in January 2010 with our final Retreat.***

There will be 3 Live face to face Group Meetings in the 9 month program: June, August & January 2010.

• June 11-13, 2007:  La Conner, WA 3 days (Fly into SEA-TAC or Bellingham and we will provide complimentary shuttle service to the beautiful historic town of LaConner, WA gateway to the San Juan Islands.

• August 2009: Pacific Northwest - Bellingham, WA (North of Seattle) / Skagit Valley 3 days (Just a note here that we will include a raft trip on the Skagit River during this meeting - just so happens my husband owns a raft company.)

• January 2010 - 2 days in Sunny Phoenix, AZ

Each Meeting will have a theme - around the lessons that we'll be studying during the year. Oh yes, guess I need to mention that there will be assignments - more to come later......

You will also be able to bring along a business partner, assistant or spouse if you work together to attend the day long meetings. This can be very helpful so the people you work with so they know where you are going and can help you with ideas. This is optional.

Jump Start Call with Jane: After acceptance, this is our initial meeting by phone. I will send you a detailed comprehensive questionaire about your business and the two of us will spend about 2 hours on the phone where we'll discuss your answers and your goals for MasterMind 2009.

Six 30 minute 'one-on-one' pre-scheduled private calls with Jane.

 

Six mastermind teleconference sessions held those months when we do not have the "live" meetings. The calls will have both teaching either by me or a special guest and will include group discussions and challenges.

 

Access to the Platinum Mastermind Forum. This is where you'll have unlimited access to one another in a private format where you can brainstorm or ask questions and share information. I will be checking in often with my comments.

Complete membership in any of my new programs and calls- such as soon TBA "Makeover My Business", a curriculum based program, which you'll be hearing about very soon.

• "Makeover My Business" Program is a new membership program I'll be introducing very soon. It will include Monthly 90 minute calls where I will teach on specific topics of interest for creative product business owners. I will also hold a monthly Question & Answer call where you are welcome to call in and ask questions.

• Each of the 2 calls per month will be recorded and you will be mailed CDs so you can listen to them at your leisure.

• The final curriculum has not be finalized, but all topics are specific to the creative product entrepreneur's unique needs. Subjects may include: Sales Reps, Production Planning, Working with Contractors, Out Sourcing, How to Price for Profit & Sales, Your Internet Presence (Dos and Don'ts), Time Management, Trade Shows...etc.

The maximum group size that I can comfortably accept into the program will be limited to 12 individuals. I have already turned away a few applicants because they did not yet meet the requirements for membership to the Mastermind and would not be a good fit.
