take your BIG idea from concept to market

If a Nordstrom buyer said they had 7 minutes to see your product line today, would you be ready with your Perfect Sales Presentation?

Would you have your marketing materials ready – be able to anticipate their questions – and converse with them without being  “salesy”? And close the deal?

The conversation you carry on with a potential buyer is one of the most critical parts of your business.

Because without sales there is no business.

No money changes hands.

You only get only one chance to make a first impression with a buyer. Being prepared by knowing the best way to present your products gives you leverage – shows you’re a professional business and instills confidence in your company’s ability to perform.

This is your chance to have a buyer “know, like and trust” you, your products and your company. Whether you're selling to a boutique - a department store - catalogue or big box store - you DO NOT want to leave your opportunity to chance.

Come across as unprepared and it can take a long time (even years) before they will look at you again.

It's no secret that when you're a creative entrepreneur - the creativity can be be "easy" part of the business. Ideas are flowing - you're completely energized with the product line and all the creative details. This part comes easy for you - it comes naturally because that's how you're wired. (And trust me not everyone one is - you have a true gift!)

Then there's the rest of the business - and that means getting in front of buyers who have the power to get your products in front of consumers. The power to get your products into the marketplace so everyone wins - Your Company - The Store - And the Consumer!

Sure, you can sell your products on your website on Etsy or at craft fairs - but selling one by one gets you only so far. Anyone who's worked with me knows that the real money is in selling to stores at the wholesale level - getting repeat business and creating relationships with buyers. This is what gives you the exposure, the quantities for production and the profits.

When I work with my high end private clients and small groups - we spend  alot of time perfecting the "pitch" as well as crafting the marketing materials. This is what elevates them to the next level of sales: knowing what to say, when to say it and how to present the product so you're taken seriously to develop a relationship and close the sale.

I don't want you to spend years in trial and error - hit or miss - to get your products out in the marketplace. Why do your trial and error (practice) with actual buyers, when you can perfect your pitch with expert advice and in front of your peers?

.

This is why I created

The Perfect Pitch Workshop

At this two-day event, you will create and learn:

The 5 parts of creating your Perfect Pitch

Perfect and Present your pitch

After being critiqued, you’ll have a final chance to show us your products

All your marketing materials - including your line sheet/sell sheet - order forms - price sheets and other marketing materials

A video of your presentation.

When you leave this event, you will know how to:

Anticipate buyers’ questions and know how to answer them in a non-sales-y way

Present the features and benefits of your product

Speak and demo your product at the same time

Know what to say and not to say

Determine your target buyers and get your product in front of them

Create your all your marketing materials

Create your dream list of stores for your market

My goal is for you to leave the weekend with the confidence to present your product without being sales-y or push-y - and close the sale so you can grow your business.

Remember, selling is sharing!

This workshop is not for everyone - to qualify you need to be ready to move forward - and you must have your products ready to bring with you - they can be your sample line or prototypes.

This workshop is NOT for people still trying to figure out what they're doing.

This is an intimate experience - It's hands on and everyone will be participating and involved. That's why I am limiting it to a maximum of 12 people. My private clients spend thousands of dollars to work with me one on one - and if you want to spend a VIP day with me to work on your business, my current rate is $6,000.

I'm offering this workshop because I want to see you succeed by getting your products in stores in 2012. And it's just in time for 2012. It'll be a jam packed weekend!
